Answer: Pasta sauce. Fred DelGrosso noticed customers at his café offering to pay extra to take sauce home, so in 1946 he sold the café and bought nearby Bland’s Park. He and his wife, Murf, cooked their batches in the park kitchen, five cases at a time, and put the family name on the park in 2000.
