Question: HBO Max’s The Pitt is set at a Pittsburgh hospital, but where is most of the show actually filmed?

Answer: Most of The Pitt is filmed on a Warner Bros. soundstage in Burbank, California. The cast and crew visit Pittsburgh for exterior scenes, like this week’s shoot at Allegheny General Hospital, which stands in for the show’s fictional Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center.
