Question: Where did King of Prussia’s name come from?

Answer: The community is named for the King of Prussia Inn, an 18th-century tavern whose sign is believed to have honored Frederick the Great. After decades stranded on a traffic island in the middle of Route 202, the 580-ton inn was moved about half a mile in 2000 and still stands today.
